Is there an additional shipping charge?

YBR provides free shipping across India on all orders above Rs. 15000 . All additional charges like Octroi, entry taxes etc., however will be borne by the purchaser.

In order to find out if we deliver to your area, kindly enter your pincode in the address field while placing your order. The system will promptly inform you if we ship to your zone or not.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery duration would depend on a number of factors like location, mode of payment and whether the item is pre-ordered or not. We dispatch our products during the 5 day work week from Monday to Friday, and depending on your location ,  it would take between 20  to 25 days for the product to be delivered. Please allocate for a few days between receiving your order and actual dispatch in the case of pre-ordered products

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

  • Please check the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer / insect infestations immediately upon delivery before signing off.
  • Currently, we make sure that the internal areas of storage products are well finished to not have any loose pieces/ splinters to hurt your arms; however the  extent of finishing of the inside of the product may not match with the extent of polish on external areas.
  • There will be differing grain patterns and stain differences across products which is due to natural wood quality which might differ from the picture scene online as each set of wood has natural uniqueness

Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to honour  only manufacturing defects and or any breakage during transportation.

What if I receive a damaged product?

  • We work with highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to the standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product , please call us (07434000800) or write us at info@yellowbrickroute.com
  • Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.

NOTE

Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or replacement requests. We recommend that customers be present at the time of delivery to check for any possible manufacturing defects.
